Manuel Alex Reboso is a veteran lawyer concentrating on personal injury litigation and is a member of one of Miami's most prominent Cuban families.  He joined Rossman, Baumberger, Reboso & Spier, P.A., in 1986 and was named a shareholder with the firm in 1994.  During his career he has been responsible for numerous multimillion-dollar recoveries for clients.

Alex graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, majoring in international finance and marketing.  He attended Georgetown University Law School in Washington, D.C., and graduated in 1983.  He is a director of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers and serves on the Academy's executive committee. He is a past president and current member of the Dade County Trial Lawyers Association and a director of the Dade County Bar Association. He is also a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Cuban American Bar Association and the Hispanic National Bar Association.

He is a past member of the Dade County Community Relations Board and Dade County Bar Association Circuit Courts Committee. He has served on the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers' Minorities Policies Task Force, Legislative Committee, Sovereign Immunity Task Force, and Medical Malpractice Task Force.  .
  
He has testified before various committees of the Florida Senate and House of Representatives regarding medical malpractice and governmental immunity.  He has been involved in drafting legislation and frequently lobbies the legislature on issues involving the rights of injured clients.

Alex has been admitted to practice in the State of Florida, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

Born in Havana, Cuba, and reared in Miami, Alex lives in the Kendall area with his wife, Kiki, and their two children, David and Alexandra.
