Commitment. Diligence. Integrity.
Railroad workers and others deserve an advocate with a passion for justice.
The Federal Employers’ Liability Act (FELA) protects railroad employees who have suffered a work related injury or death as a result of negligence in the workplace. Additionally, the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) has set strict railroad safety guidelines, holding the railroad industry responsible for inefficiencies involving its track, cars, and locomotives.
Should you ever find yourself in need of an advocate in a railroad accident or F.E.L.A. case, our team at Rossman, Baumberger, Reboso & Spier are highly experienced in the field, with a passion for justice.
